RETURNS POLICY

Please use the link here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

We want to make sure you love your Basic fit, which is why we offer a store credit or exchange, only if the item/s are returned to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please be advised that in order for us to accept your return the following requirements must be met;

• The item is unworn, in original condition with tags still attached.
• The item has no marks, stains, or odour (this includes deodorant, perfume & washing powder)
• The item is returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date

Basic Muse reserves the right to deny any returns which do not fit the returns policy. If this is the case the package will be returned back to the customer and shipping costs involved will not be covered by Basic Muse.
